The band name DuFour comes from the last name of lead guitarist / vocalist, Cherie DuFour a New Orleans native. Now based out of Colorado, DuFour can be heard on numerous radio stations as well as seen perform live at various venues all over the Rocky Mountain region.

The music you're hearing is from "Front Porch", an all original CD released under MoveBout Productions, an independent label. This is an eclectic collection of Cherie under her previous band name of Du4 Roux. A second all original CD is well into production and expected to be released in early 2009. 

The music of DuFour can be described as a mix of Psychedelic Crooked Funk & Rock!
